This means that if you're unhappy with your purchase, we'll be happy to re-list the item on Velvet Garden with you as the new Seller. Please email me for more details. We will not charge any posting fees for this. But we must be notified quickly if you wish to take advantage this service. This service is free ONLY if the listing for the original item is still up on the Velvet Garden website. If the listing is still on the site, then at your request we will remove the "SOLD" tag and change the contact email so that you are listed as the new Seller.
